Due to being in a SERVICE Industry, when using your Visa or Mastercard, the processing company will pre-authorize up to a 20% gratuity added to the original charge amount. This amount will be a pending amount on your account until the CORRECT CHARGE AMOUNT processes. (Generally 2-3 days.) This is a practice of the credit card company, not a policy of Elysium.
