Cancellations: Elysium is aware that life happens and respects that situations may arise. We requests a 24 hour cancellation notice in order to allow proper notification to associate for their time and preperation. As new clients, we will request a credit card to hold the appointment time. In an event of a NO SHOW, at that time, we will charge your account in the amount of 50% of your services reserved.
Credit Card Proccesing:To ensure the greatest flexibility in method of payment, Elysium contracts with a credit card processing company. Due to being in a SERVICE Industry, when using your Visa or Mastercard, the processing company will pre-authorize up to a 20% gratuity added to the original charge amount. This amount will be a pending amount on your account until the CORRECT CHARGE AMOUNT processes. (Generally 2-3 days.)
This is a practice of the credit card company, not a policy of Elysium. We do promise that the amount you have authorized is the ONLY AMOUNT that will be deducted from your account.
